after figuring everything out, i didn’t have time to do some back squats as i had hoped…
My Results
Bench Press: 245lbs (which is unfortunately pretty close to body weight)
Time: 22:41.82
of course, i didn’t have a sledge hammer or a big tire to do the Sledge Hammer Strikes, so what i did was a 25lb bumper plate slam substitution (see video below). I really enjoyed this workout, very tiring, but fun as hell!
