i didn’t do this post-fit test 3 as i was supposed to and i’ve taken an entire week off of insanity workouts. wow. this totally kicked my butt. not only are the Max workouts longer, they’re definitely more intense (and insane). with sweat dripping down my face from the start of the 2nd round of warmups, i knew i was in trouble going in, but i didn’t realize how much trouble i was in for! now the uphill battle of staying awake and not hungry all day begins. healthy snacks, FTW! 🙂
