the fact that i am able to walk today is a miracle unto itself. holy man, after the yoga burning on sat and legs work yesterday… kicks were crazy painful. but it was wonderful at the end… here i am, completed week 1 (rest/stretch x tomorrow) and already my life throws me a curve ball – i’m out of town for a fantastic work project for an entire week (leaving tomorrow AM and returning late friday). i’m hoping to get some workouts in during the travels, but i’m just hoping that i don’t lose too much of this past week’s work during this lag time. i can do without catching myself every time i go to stand up for a while 🙂
